Very cool feature in BoldTrail! Squeeze Pages allow you to create a special search page that you can use to promote certain locations, areas etc. I just did one for active homes for sale around downtown McKinney using the Polygon Draw tool. I can see this as being very useful when you want to farm in an area north of this road, south of that road, west of this road, and east of that road. Just draw it out, customize your price range and other items etc Great for marketing on social media, because people can look at a few listings and then it will ask them to register to see more. That info goes right into your CRM where an automated plan can kick in. In BT just go to Lead Engine, Squeeze Pages and start building one. Update on calling through BoldTrail Pro - there has been an issue with using the call feature in BTPro that calls your phone first and then calls the number you are calling (when you click the phone icon next to the lead). With the help of Pro support, I've resolved the issue by registering my BT Pro phone number with https://www.freecallerregistry.com/fcr/. This stops your BT phone number from being blocked as spam and you getting a busy signal when dialing. To find your BT Pro number just click on your picture in the upper right hand corner and it will display your number. Put that number into the website form and fill out the rest of the info.  List your personal name for the Display name. List "Real Estate" in the drop down menu for "I believe my calls are". Add your contact name. Put our company info in for the "Calling company info."  Company phone is 469-919-4567. Put your email address in for the email verification. Calling company url is http://www.russellhouses.com  - Put Twilio as the Service provider. Do not put how many calls will be made. That is optional, but other fields are mandatory.   - Send the verification code and plug it in. That should resolve the problem. Give it 5 or 10 minutes and try to place a test call to yourself.
