1. Send Clients a Text: 

Hi [Client's Name]! Would you like 2 complimentary tickets to the Spooktacular Boos & Brews on Oct. 25 in downtown McKinney? This one always sells out, so let me know soon!

You can copy and paste this, and also add the image if you want (see above and 'right click' to save)

2. If they Say "Yes," find out what time slot they want: 11 am-2:30 pm, or 2:30-6 pm. If they say No, you should still make a note that you reached them in the CRM. That's a touch! They'll remember the gesture either way. 

3. 🥳 Reserve their ticket - Limit is 2 tickets per client couple

Followup Script to those who wanted tickets (send right before the day):

Hey [Client's First Name]! Don't forget I have two tickets set aside for you to the Spooktacular Brews & Boos Walk on 10/25, 11-6pm. Please confirm I'll see you there! Stop by our office at 201 W. Virginia Street, Suite 100 McKinney, TX 75069 on event day to pick up the free tickets and then you will go to the main registration tent on the square.

Leads will be shared with those who attend. Here's how to handle your leads once they are loaded in the system:

• The system will automatically send a thank you email to everyone once the leads are loaded and assigned in the Boldtrail system.

• HOT LEADS will be marked as "NEW LEADS": Call + Text all hot leads multiple times until you connect and can setup the right plan for them. At minimum, subscribe them to a market update. Make notes about all interactions.

• OTHER leads will be marked as "PROSPECT": You need to assign a market update based on the city they gave on their entry. It will be in the notes in Boldtrail. Try to stay in touch. They may convert eventually! They are YOUR leads to do something with. If you don't want them, transfer them back to Bethany.

Here’s a follow-up text you can send to thank your VIP clients AFTER attending and ask for referrals:
